NEWSFRIDAY | FIT WITH SLENDERTONE - 3 MONTH PROGRESS


3 months ago I told you about my slendertone ab challenge. For the first time I used the ab belt every day but I got lazy stressed and it got down to twice times a week and again up and down. However, I started to use the belt more often now and wanted to share my progress with you guys, which is as I think, worth to have a look at. I lost 3,5 cm on my waist and my abs are popping out. I can honestly recommended that belt. I was very skeptical in the beginning and I took me a while but now I see progress. One last thing to mention is that of course this belt can't replace a full workout. It supports your workout and goals and makes the best of it, one could say an additional help. It doesn't matter if you are a eager beaver or a lazy or stressed person, this belt is magical. Keep in mind that there's no better way to stay fit than working out on a regularly base, eating clean and to put a smile in your face.
