I want to do a raw month. I'm already vegan, clean eating and basically 80% raw but I really want to try it completely for a temporary time and I decided to pick November for it.
I will still publish cook with me Monday posts but this time raw inspired. I honestly can't wait to share my raw food journey with you. I'm pretty sure that this will be an exciting one, not only for me but also for you.
Most of you might wonder what raw really is and means. Raw means something like pure - no processed food, no cooking, no heating up and no salt. I used to be very mad for salt years ago. Within the last year I made it to eat almost no salt. I'm pretty sure I can deal with it for one month so as leaving agave juice from my nutrition.
I want to underline that this is not a diet, it's a lifestyle. I'll be eating more fruits and veggies than ever before, if this is even possible, and of course take care of the daily intake I have to have.
