In today's cook with me Monday I want to share a video I was filming once. It's about smoothies. I got asked by a reader about using smoothies for detoxing. I have a really good knowledge about nutrition and love to write plans and support people with it,and even help my readers when they have questions about the topic and sport. She asked me to do the detox with a special brand which is selling smoothies. I advised her to do the smoothies herself since bought smoothies are super expensive (in view on their quality) and not even fresh. So my friends, here is a lovely smoothie for you guys to try. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did when filming it. Smoothies are a great source of vitamins and a healthy option for a meal replacement during a diet.
