In today's article I'd like to tell you more about my transformation, especially about the ab section with which I had a little help from Slendertone..
Of course, I do a lot of sport, eat healthy and take care of my body but sometimes that's not enough. I used to be overweighed when I was younger and lost about 20 kilos by a self set diet and my own sport. Long time I had to cope with lose skin. Now after all these years I know more about nutrition and muscles. I really learned a lot about the human body and want to share my impressions and knowledge with you, this is also one reason why introduced the cook with me Monday postings, since a healthy nutrition is already 70% percent for a successful and healthy body and we all want to be healthy and fit, don't we?
I started to use my Slendertone ab belt roughly 7 months ago and already mentioned huge progress. The special about the Slendertone ab belt is that it even trains the muscles you won't be able to train when doing "normal" sit ups. You can easily improve your workout by combining the ab belt to your workouts, so as I do regularly and train even the deeper muscles with the belt.
Because of that I decided to take a few photos of exercises I do when I use the Slendertone ab belt. I'm aware of the fact that some of you don't own an abs belt, this is why I decided to show you the exercised without the belt.
By the way, the belt also included different workouts, so one is able to choose from different options matching to one's workout. The intensity goes from 0-150, I train on the highest level and sometimes I also have muscle fiber.
I want you to know that the belt can't replace a full workout but even when you guys are infront of the TV, going jogging or cooking - wrap the belt in seconds around your belly, use it for 30 minutes, 5 times a week and see the difference, so as I did and still do.
