Have you ever craved for a big portion of noodles during your diet but didn't allow you this delicious treat in view on all the calories and carbs that you tried to avoid during your diet?
Well, I might have a fit solution for you guys how to avoid carbs, calories and fat and have a high protein and low carb ,so as low fat version of the classical Asian noodle dish..
For that I ordered fitness noodles on the fitness guru website. I always heard of the Shirataki noodle and really wanted to try it, since it is promising extremely outstanding nutrition facts, so as less than 10 calories by 200gr of noodles and 0gr of fat.
When I heard about this I was sure that I must try it and present it in a new #cookwithmemonday post to review the fittest noodle I have ever heard of.
The recipe for my noodle dish, for 2 persons, is:
-200gr fitness noodles [washed with hot water]
-50 gr soy crumbles
-1gr sea weed
The direction is super easy. Heat a pan with a spread of coconut oil and add the tofu and the carrots. After a few minutes one can add the noodles, so as the sea weed and the soy crumbles, which I would recommend to soak in hot water for about a minute before. At the end one can add the tomato and simply serve it, optional with some herbs and black pepper. A slight note on side, leave the salt. The sea weed is perfectly as a healthy alternative for salt.
