Sport is
good for us but have you ever thought about the importance of stretching? I'm
doing yoga 1-2 times a week beside cardio and weight training. It is so important
to stretch your muscles and to calm down. Because I'm aware of the fact that
most of you probably never stretched after a workout I developed a small stretch
and relax photo series..
During German
Press Days I was guest at the Only showroom and decided to create a sport
editorial with the new Only Play collection. I hope every one of you guys is
taking that little amount of time, it's so important to stretch and relax.
