Wow, the past week has been kind of a rollercoaster. I have been on two day trips to Hamburg, including a lot of capturing, an opening and my shooting for Miss Germany. I´m pretty impressed and proud of myself for making it through this week and want to share my personal impressions with you guys..
I guess the most exciting day has been Saturday, when I was getting up by 4AM to catch the train to Hamburg for the second time this week. I applied for Miss Germany and was selected as one of 16 girls from Berlin. In total I was selected out of 7500 women who all applied to become Miss Germany. I must admit that I’m super proud for this chance and to spread a word about my ideals on a big platform like Miss Germany. This was the first Miss election that I have joined, and I was truly surprised to be taken, as I´m not the typical model type, especially in terms of body size.
The day started in a huge shooting location, together with about 30 other girls. We got a professional hair and make-up and had a shooting for the online voting, where also you guys can vote for me to become Miss Berlin or even Miss Germany. Besides a photo shooting we were also interviewed and had additional shootings for the sponsors.
The days last week were intensive. I took the last train from Hamburg to Berlin and arrived back home after a 23-hour days of train travel, shooting and vlogging. However stressful my life might be right now, I´m so grateful for the process and for the new opportunities coming up right now. There is a lot more to come, especially with my catering project “the green Jasmin”.
I´m counting on your support and can´t wait to share all news with you guys soon. Besides, it´s already October which means, that December isn´t far anymore such as my trip to Japan. I can only repeat myself but I´m so EXTREMELY grateful and excited, full of positive energy and new goals to achieve.
I hope you also enjoy my outfit. I´m wearing some new pieces which were sent to me. One seldomly sees me wearing flats, however I really enjoy my new yuccs pair, which is super light and will definitely join me on my next trip. The shoe brand is from Mallorca and works super sustainable.
My bag is from Kipling. I´m wearing Kipling a lot and really enjoy their design but also their functionality. This bag is also a backpack which even fits my laptop. I was wearing the backpack all day last week, when I was looping from Berlin to Hamburg. My jeans is from Lee, such as my jacket. It has never been easy for me to find a jeans with a “good” fit. As I´m short I also like to wear high wait jeans and this pair truly has the perfect fit AND length. My sweater is old but gold from Object. I´m wearing it in every season and I adore the playful design. I got it last year before my trip to Maldives.
