What I
mentioned in the last years of my healthy vegan journey is that breakfast is
always the most important meal in the day, so that's why it's also a reason for
me to make it the best one of the day. I guess that's a good decision and when friends
stay overnight I even more like to make breakfast a huge spoiling..
So as after
my girl's night, when one of my best friends Julia and I had a movie night. As
always, I'm an early bird and when my friends are still sleeping I'm already in
the kitchen, preparing a healthy breakfast for all of us.
This time I
decided for crepes, filled with vegan chocolate cream, a fruit salad and some
nut chips, sprinkled with coconut syrup.
