LondonFashion Week is running and the looks are crazy. In between there are Esra and
I. Since this is only my second London fashion week season, everything is still
very unknown and foreign for me. However I'm very glad to have my best friend
with me to discover the wild streets of London..
For the
last days we walked a lot. Mainly we have traveled to London for fashion week,
but since this is Esra's first time over here in London, both of us decided to
include a little sightseeing. Even if I must have been in London for more than
15 times already, it's still very exciting and interesting for me to follow her
around while discovering a new city.
Besides the
mainly "sightseeing" also that was a good way to discover new
locations for an outfit shoot. It's fashion week and there is a new cool style
every day that needs to be captured within a few beautiful photos.
Beside a
few raindrops we are very lucky with the weather over here and it's less freezing
than in Berlin. To ensure myself about to stay warm I was borrowing a yellow Bodencoat at the fashion week event space of the apartment.
Beside that
I was wearing my Levi's jeans, which I was provided with during Berlin Fashion
Week. The fit is just perfectly comfortable and makes one want to stay in those
jeans for always and ever.
One of the
main things I was playing around with again were colors. Color blocking is
still my favorite trend and basically an essential part coming along with
almost every of my outfits. Probably that was a reason why I couldn't refuse to
combine a red oversize sweater to my outfit.
For the accessories
I decided for something outstanding. In order to match the red sweater I
decided to borrow some Ashley Clarke bracelets at the apartment. I'm a huge fan
of the charms and the detailed production of each piece. Also the fact that the
bracelets are easy to combine and fitting to mostly every outfit make them to
an all time favorite piece.
An outfit
wouldn't be complete without a girl's best friend and if it's not diamonds its
bags and shoes - simply things a girl can never have enough of. For the shoes I
decided to stay very casual by picking black boots but for the bag I went for a
little twist again.
From a past
project with Boden I was allowed to pick a piece of my favor. One of these
pieces has been the "cap bag". I like the funny and playful design
and the unique touch the small clutch is adding to my outfit.
I'm really
excited for the next days of fashion week in London and what else we will
discover. Stay tuned for more looks and shots, which will be published on the
blog soon. In the meanwhile I invite you all to follow me on my social handles (@MYBERLINFASHION ) to never miss anything of our crazy days in London.
